DeliverCon2023 page
The Delivery Conference (DeliverCon) is an event for delivery people in and around the public sector. We welcome suppliers and interested parties. Created by the community for the community.
DeliverCon thrives on participation. You are empowered to help out on the day; perhaps as a session ‘enabler’ or greeting people as they arrive. Email us at info@delivercon.uk if you’d like to help. We’ll help you out and it’s very rewarding to help our community.

What to expect on the day
Around 100 people, all of whom have an interest in public sector delivery will meet to co-create the event. It’s a space to discuss the topics of interest, to share expertise and to make connections.
You’ll bring an open mind and (hopefully) a willingness to get involved and make it happen. We’ll bring a lightweight and easily learned structure to help everyone get the most out of the day.
What an unconference is
Unconferences are participant led. That means you decide what gets discussed. On the day, we figure out what discussions happen where and when, then we’re away!
What should I expect
Expect lots of conversations. Bring your experiences, thoughts and opinions on topics that interest you. The best conversations are the ones where everyone has a say. Think about any practical actions you can take from the day to apply to your day to day role. Lunch will be provided. Drinks are available throughout the day. If you need something special, ask a volunteer.
What should I not expect
We don’t stream or record any sessions, and we request you don’t do the same, please. We also don’t take notes and share them, but feel free to make your own and share them on the day’s hashtag. There's no creché, Barista coffee or chill out / quiet room.
Who can I ask for help
Volunteers will wear a red sash/lanyard. They’ll answer any of your questions.
Sticker exchange
Bring along any stickers you have. There will be a place where you can swap yours for other people’s.
Code of Conduct
We use the UK Gov Camp code of conduct. You can read it at ukgovcamp.com/code-of-conduct. Please note that the contact details are different. You can use info@delivercon.uk or call James on +447706935931.
Taking photos and videos
You'll be offered a blue or orange lanyard. Blue means you're okay with photos or videos of you being published on the internet. Orange means you're not. If you take photos or videos it is your responsibility to observe people's choices. The event organisers can not be held responsible if people fail to do this. So if you're wearing an orange lanyard and you see someone photographing or videoing you, please tell them to stop and delete what they've done.
